All references to "WCS Telecoms" below are to WCS Sarl

By using WCS Telecoms, the customer agrees and undertakes:

a. to use the service in accordance with these terms and conditions as may be varied by WCS Sarl either by written notice or by notice published in the national press from time to time.

b. to indemnify WCS Telecoms against all liabilities, claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from any breach of the Partner's undertakings.

c. that information requested by WCS Sarl for the usage of the service is supplied truthfully, complete and is up to date.

WCS Telecoms bank's payments will appear as WCS Sarl on your bank
